Channel 4 was very brave in showing an alternative Xmas message from The President of Iran.
I didn't watch it till later - I hadn't even known it was on until finding out my nephew had watched it.
So, I had a look and it was very interesting.
I don't speak the same language as the President and maybe he actually said something completely different from the translation (the famous Memri 'bad translation' springs to mind).
Still, I don't think there is much for me to disagree with in this part.
'If Christ were on earth today, undoubtedly He would stand with the people in opposition to bullying, ill-tempered and expansionist powers.
If Christ were on earth today, undoubtedly He would hoist the banner of justice and love for humanity to oppose warmongers, occupiers, terrorists and bullies the world over.
If Christ were on earth today, undoubtedly He would fight against the tyrannical policies of prevailing global economic and political systems, as He did in His lifetime.'
If only our Head of State were as free, or as willing, as the Iranian Head of State to speak out against those forces of oppression which are ruining the World.
Sadly, she isn't.
If she can't say what she thinks what hope is there for us?

Your SoarawayFantasistSun fucks up again
She said, something like, 'If you can't say you are the man who did it, you will never be able to fulfill me'.
The officer concerned and Britton, the 'psychologist', should be in jail for conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
The actual murderer had admitted to his mother that he had committed one of the rapes which eventually led to his conviction.
The police seem to have ignored it in favour of Trial by Sun.
More to follow, I am sure.

Gordon Saves, Moses Invests.
Misplaced by Mandy, yet again.
I said :
'I saw this written on a toilet wall
Gordon Saves, Moses Invests.
the man is clearly a schizophrenic'
In order to avert the fall of Western Civilisation, the Graun thought fit to moderate it into that black hole of Orwellian Nothingness.
Yet, I was brought up with 'Jesus Saves, Moses Invests' at my University.
Perhaps, I wasn't beaten enough at school.
Perhaps, they can't take the truth?

Murder by Bliar, Brown et al. Covered Up.
"All interested persons agree that a verdict of unlawful killing could only be left to you if you could be sure that a specific officer had committed a very serious crime: murder or manslaughter,"
All interested persons?
Damn Tootin'.
As Craig Murray said '....'Name Tony Blair, Jack Straw, Alistair Campbell, John Scarlett, John Kerr, Peter Ricketts, Richard Stagg and John Williams as the offenders (take my word for it as someone who was in the FCO's Senior Management Structure of the time, they are the main offenders).'
Yeah, sure, interested persons.
Sure, one refers to the the JCdM case, the other refers to the 'dodgy dossier'.
However, both show the Executive at its murderous, lying best.
Update, 12 December 08
'The jury at the inquest into the death of Jean Charles de Menezes today rejected Scotland Yard's claim that he was lawfully killed as part of an anti-terrorism operation.
Banned by the coroner, Sir Michael Wright, from returning a verdict of unlawful killing, the five men and five women decided on an open verdict – the most critical that was available to them.
In a series of answers to a list of crucial questions, they dismissed the testimony of the senior firearms officer who shot De Menezes – suggesting they did not believe the officer was acting in self-defence.
The jury found that the firearms officer, C12, did not shout "armed police" before shooting De Menezes and that the Brazilian did not move towards him aggressively, prompting the fatal shot.
In a statement, De Menezes's cousin Patricia Armani Da Silva said the jury would have gone further and recorded a verdict of unlawful killing "had they not been gagged by the coroner".
"The jury's verdict is a damning indictment of the multiple failures of the police and the lies they told," she said.'
