The Real Corruption.

Hazel Blears flipped her house a number of times.

She voted for our sons and daughters to go to war.

She made money while our guys died.

She spent a lot of time trying to work out the best way to maximize her expenses.

She has had some benefit from their deaths.

Is that right?

Blood money indeed.

Vote for the new "Pirate Party" in the up and coming EU elections.

In WW II the American House and Senate were full of these cruds, the Truman Committee investigated all sorts of wartime kickbacks and graft -- right in the middle of a considerably more real war, too, than this mad mullahs hoax.

Thanks guys, an oasis of hope in the midst of a mountain of insanity.

New parties must absolutely sprout from our rank and file. Time for all of us to look for the charismatic person or persons with convictions of honesty, goodwill and enough stamina to change the whole thing and make democratic theories a reality.

Jose, put your head above the parapet and I will no longer be looking forward to enjoying a beer with you in the Canaries.

Any force which moves in always gets rid of the 10% of the population which will cause future problems - no matter how old the persons concerned.

Sorry, Merkin, but I don't think I need any parapets.

There are good beers here, but I prefer wine. Which is also excellent.

What ?
No parapets !?!

For Gawds sake all we will have left then is parrots and pudgy puppetry.

SOS.

Zola, that should be 'Wot no Parapets'.

Showing my age or my erudition?

Would anybody kindly explain to me this "parapet thing"?

What happens to this blog? Since I post a comment until it comes out a rather considerable time has elapsed.

No probs Jose on that score.

I have some moderation set after getting attacked by one Zionist group.
They managed to insert comments into an article I wrote almost one year ago.
I don't mind adverse comment but this was positively dangerous stuff.

So, now, I am given a choice of moderating any comment that refers to something more than two weeks old.

Because I have not been writing original stuff very often, recently, most comments will have to wait until I interrogate my email account for this site.

As you know my writing has been constrained by circumstance over the past few months and i am only now getting back to normal.

Expect a few good articles in the near future.

I am uplifted by the good and wise words of the afficionados that have stuck with me through thick and thin.

Less of the seven lean years and more of the seven fat years to follow, I hope.

Rather than afficionados I should have said 'usual scoundrels'.

That phrase in Polsh translates as 'usual scandal merchants'.

Most apt. hehehehehe
